He handled his crews extremely well and the whole process was great because of his leadership and experience. The Pool Looks Fantastic

“I would like to start this letter by telling you how terrified we were when we decided to have a pool built. We had heard so many horror stories of people having their pool started and after the pool company received a large portion of the money all work would cease and they would be stuck for months with a big hole in their yard. We heard of contractors that would never show up. We did research on the Internet and found chat rooms that did nothing but ridicule pool builders. This was all a very scary start to something that we knew was going to cost a significant amount of money.

Once we decided to go with Curtis, we gave the deposit and prepared ourselves for the worst. To our delight there was no worst, there wasn't even a bad. We were kept up to date on what work was being done on any given day(s), how long it would take and what would follow after. We were even kept informed of when there would not be anyone working on the pool and why. Everything went as scheduled with no delays at all. Even the contracted electrician was there when he was supposed to be. Our pool was completed in just over five weeks and that was with having the Thanksgiving holiday in there.

My husband and I would like to thank the entire staff at Curtis for this wonderful experience. We would like to pay special thanks to all the guys that did the difficult manual labor in such a timely manner to get our pool completed. An extra special thanks goes out to Chip for keeping us informed of what was going on and dealing with my last minute change of the size of the deck and any other things I may have whined about and to Brian for all the extra effort he put into the finished pool deck. The pool looks fantastic and we are very pleased.
